Monica P. Schoenbaum
Monica has over six years of experience as a practicing attorney in Connecticut and its court system. She has a primary focus on consumer issues, household budget problems and solutions that work for hardworking Connecticut homeowners and their families. She is trained and experienced in all aspects of financial budget analysis, means testing and other aspects of the new Bankruptcy Code. In addition to having a keen analytical mind, she is a tough, no-nonsense negotiator who is most tenacious when representing our clients in any capacity, from consumer bankruptcy to settling debt. In addition to her history and experience in understanding household finances and related legal options, she is experienced in the hard negotiation tactics of successful debt settlement.
