Stamford Foreclosures and Home Prices

Stamford foreclosure rates have averaged approximately 575 per year from 2007 to 2011 with a high of over 1,000 foreclosures commenced in 2009. Despite mandatory mediation, the rate of foreclosures commenced to homes lost was nearly 30% in 2011, nearly double the rate in 2010.*
